About Mind to Market

Gujarat Government is making persistent efforts for creating a holistic innovation & startup ecosystem involving industry, academia and government. Gujarat Student startup and Innovation Hub (i-Hub) runs various flagship initiatives to provide end-to-end support for innovators and startups.

Mind to Market Open Innovation Challenge (M2M), which aims to convert translational ideas into products/services considering the various sector-specific industrial problem statements. Best proposals/ideas/concepts to avail financial assistance up to 2.5 Lacs and mentorship support for pursuing the proposed solutions further as per the program policy.

Who are eligible to leverage the Mind to Market (M2M) grant support

Any Innovator/Startup up to the age of 35 years, who is:

The innovators and Startups aspiring to avail this could be in any stage as below

  1. A school student of Foundational/Preparatory/Middle/Secondary level (Up to Class 12),
  2. A Diploma / Vocational / Undergraduate / Postgraduate / Doctoral student or an alumna/alumnus,
  3. Any dropout from school/institute/university, from Gujarat;

About M2M ITC Challenge: M2M ITC Challenge initiative will help us to develop a responsive eco-system to connect the youth of India and empower them to contribute with their ideas, energy, and technical process to serve the FMCG Sector of the country. Below provided is the list of problem statements for ITC Sector.

About M2M Toy Innovation Challenge: Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji urged startups and entrepreneurs to develop innovative “toys and games, for India and of India” to meet domestic demand and increase its share in the global toy business, estimated at Rs 7 lakh crore. He also called upon people to support indigenously developed apps which could replace the ones currently in vogue and are controlled by foreign companies.

About M2M Deep Tech Innovation challenge: M2M deep technology innovation challenge will help the innovators to address the needs of the nation. This will help us to develop a responsive ecosystem to connect the youth of India and empower them to contribute with their ideas, energy and technical process.
