Internship @ i-Hub Gujarat

Gujarat Student Startup and Innovation Hub (i-Hub) has been established as a flagship nodal agency by the Education Department. i-Hub is envisioned to be a centre for all startup stakeholders to develop an end-to-end innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem in Gujarat.

At present, i-Hub is nurturing 350+ startups, supporting them with all the startup support verticals viz. co-working space, funding, networking opportunities, mentoring, capacity-building programs and infrastructural support. It extends startup support right from the ideation stage to the growth stage, handholding them from the beginning of their startup journey till they are ready to accelerate into the market with their ventures.

i-Hub (Government of Gujarat Enterprise) is looking for students who are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and creative and want to learn about the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem. In this internship, students will assist the i-Hub core team in planning, promoting, and executing various activities, campaigns, and initiatives.

Throughout the tenure, candidates can acquire skills like Program Management, Operations Management, Content Writing, Social Media Marketing, & General Non-profit Management.

General Guidelines for Internship
  • The Internship period will be a minimum of 3 months, we may extend the tenure based on the performance and review.
  • You are required to contribute a minimum of 26 hours weekly for entailing a stipend.
  • A stipend of ₹5000-/ & ₹8000-/ will be provided to the undergraduate and postgraduate students respectively during the internship period.
  • You will need to submit a daily report of your work during your internship period.
  • The organization has the right to terminate interns from the internship at any time due to inappropriate behaviour and/or non-cooperation with the internship process and/or continued non-performance in assignment or any other reason the organization deems fit.
  • It is expected that all interns will adhere to the proper standards of Intellectual honesty and professional propriety in their conduct.
  • At the end of the internship, the student intern shall prepare the Internship Completion Report (ICR)
