Eligibility Criteria For Startup Investment Eco-System Enablers
Stakeholders who are interested in utilising the co-working space at i-Hub should meet the following criteria.
- Startup promoting organisations registered in any of the acts, such as Companies Act 2013/ Indian Trusts Act, 1882/ Societies Registration Act, 1860/ SEBI guidelines or any other act with an intent to invest in Startups.
- Startup promoting organisations, CAT I/II/III Fund, Venture Capitals, Angel Network/Funds, Family offices investing in Startups, Accelerators, Investment Management Organisations and Startup Support Platforms.
Fees Structure And Space Allocation Criteria
Following are the charges levied for co-working space utilization at i-Hub.
- Charges per seat will be INR 4000 per month plus Government taxes.
- The shortlisted organisations will be allowed to take space at i-Hub for a maximum period of two years and maximum 5 seats will be allocated in general cases.
- The Space Allotment Committee is empowered to make decisions about space allocation. This committee will also take decisions on further extension of Space allocation at i-Hub based on the value created by them.
Application Process
- Application submission by the applicant through our portal.
- Review of applications by the scrutiny committee.
- Applicant presentation at i-Hub.
- Evaluation by the scrutiny committee.
- Final allotment decision.
- Issuance of allotment letters and completion of documentation procedures at i-Hub.
