Centrally situated coworking hub in Ahmedabad

Our coworking space in Navarangpura, Ahmedabad, situated at The First by Synthesis Spacelinks, is conveniently positioned near the Ld College of Engineering, making it an ideal location for business ventures. Accessible via BRTS, AMTS and also Metro it offers proximity to essential amenities such as banks, ATMs, hospitals, and bus stations.

Ensuring utmost security, the building is equipped with 24/7 CCTV surveillance and manned by security guards. Continuous power supply is guaranteed with backup generators, providing electricity to all areas, complemented by two client lifts and one commercial lift, all with backup power.

Eligibility Criteria for Startups

Early-stage startups/innovators interested in utilising the co-working space at i-Hub should meet any one of the following criteria; preference will be given to DPIIT recognized startups.

1. Startup/innovator requirement of co-working seats shall not exceed 10 in general.
2. Startup/innovator supported under SSIP Policy/Startup Srujan Seen Support or any seed support program by i-Hub.
3. Preference will be given to the startup supported by either a startup scheme or any flagship program to nurture startup by institutions/incubators/accelerators and allied organization promoted by Government of Gujarat.
4. Startup shall be at Prototype / Minimum Viable Product (MVP) / Early-revenue stage.

Evaluation Process

Charges and other conditions

Following are the charges levied for co-working space utilization at i-Hub.

1. Charges per seat ₹ 3000 per month plus Government taxes.
2. Startup will be allowed to take space at i-Hub for maximum period of Two years and maximum 10 seats will be allocated in general cases.
3. Startup must adhere to all Terms and Conditions while using the co-working space at the i-Hub Complex
