At MAMA nourish, we are on a mission to reincarnate nutritious traditional motherly snacks into Modern convenient formats. India’s thousand’s year of culinary heritage is extraordinarily rich and diverse. Ayurveda and nutrition has been integrated in our food culture. For centuries, our mothers and grandmothers have passed down invaluable nutritional wisdom, but today's fast-paced urban lifestyle has pushed these treasures aside, due to hassle associated and time constraints for dual working partners in urban cities. We are solving this problem by collaborating with mothers of India across regions, documenting wealth of their knowledge and then working with dieticians, food technologists to convert these recipes into modern avatars/formats and conveninient packaging. For example we converted traditional Gondh and Methi Laddu's into easy to consume, all natural Laddu-Bars. we have done Poc of five such bars and are working on 5 more.
