We have seen lot of cases on daily basis in OPD just like ulcerative colitis, acidity, IBS, bleeding piles, nausea, vomiting, skin disease, premature hair greying, pimples etc which was caused by aggravated pitta due to use of over spicy garam masala in food even in our kitchen and fast food. we even don't know about it . Most of the product available in market is having pippali (Piper longum) . Daily use pippali will cause grey hair, hair falling & etc other ailments.
