Managing inflow & outflow of food Grain bags to & fro from the warehouse is not done properly. 85% of Agri-warehouses in India work on physical systems, so data manipulations can be done easily. There is a need to develop a software tool for monitoring the movement of food grains in & out of the warehouse. We have come up with the concept of an Agri-warehouse management and monitoring software tool which will work on the Active Rf Id tag will be added on each bag & will give proper counting, real-time monitoring of bags & tracking of goods inside the warehouse whenever any single bag is moved, along with this the Virtual Warehouse View on software for better accuracy. Transport management system part will be added in the system which will give exact arrival time of truck & will reduce the Waiting time of warehousemen & labors. Wastage of goods will be reduced by providing revalidation and expiry date details to stakeholders so that the withdrawal of food grain bags can be done on time.
