At Adani, he is leading the effort to maximize people potential, drive human capital transformation and key strategic initiatives to build a robust leadership pipeline of motivated leaders & employees to accomplish the vision and goals in line with its values and culture, and to drive the growth and sustainability of all its existing and new businesses. He has created and manages Adani International Innovation Hub.
