"Kritika Sharma is a results-oriented Management, Entrepreneurship Development and Business Management professional with nearly a decade of diverse experience in startup ecosystem development, technology business incubation, program management, stakeholder engagement and entrepreneurship development. She holds an M.Sc. in Biotechnology and a Diploma in Business & Entrepreneurship Management, and currently serves as an Incubation Lead at i-Hub Gujarat, where she contributes to strengthening the startup ecosystem through incubation, acceleration, mentoring, industry engagement and strategic programs. Over the course of her career, she has worked with reputed organisations including NASSCOM, IIM Lucknow’s L-Incubator, Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Government of India, Gujarat State Biotechnology Mission, multinational organisations and technology startups. Her experience spans business development, marketing, biotechnology policy, brand building, government liaisoning, program and project management, client partnerships, event management and stakeholder relations. At NASSCOM, she contributed to membership and industry engagement initiatives supporting the growth of IT & ITES, manufacturing and healthcare sectors.
With a strong passion for enabling startups, MSMEs and entrepreneurs, Kritika has been actively involved in handholding ventures from ideation and validation to incubation, market readiness, partnerships and growth. Her cross-sector exposure has enabled her to understand emerging technologies and translate innovative concepts into practical business opportunities and structured programs. She is certified in Startup India Upgrade by Invest India, the National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency, and has completed a certification in General Intellectual Property Rights from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
