The panel noted that successful ventures begin with clearly identifying and communicating the customer’s problem, designing marketing strategies to create awareness, showing the scale of the issue, and explaining the real value of the solution. Founders spoke about early-stage challenges, fundraising realities, and managing ownership dilution, while mentioning the importance of alumni networks and personal connections in building trust and opening doors. A key takeaway was to keep the customer’s problem at the center of the market strategy, with founders encouraged to understand customer behaviour and design offerings that address both value-focused and purpose-driven segments. The session offered founders experience-backed guidance on creating long-term value and making a difference through their innovations.
