Saksham Acceleration first panel discussions on 27th February 2026
On 27th February 2026, as part of the “𝐒𝐚𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐦 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 - 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐨 𝐃𝐚𝐲”, organized in collaboration with Build3, two panel discussions were conducted with over 50+ attendees.
Titled “𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝. 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞. 𝐄𝐱𝐢𝐭. 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐭: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐰-𝐀𝐠𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤", the first panel explored the importance of building the right team from the outset. The conversation explored how selecting a compatible co-founder and establishing a core team that shares a common vision and values can significantly impact a startup’s long-term direction and growth.
Panelists spoke about the importance of tracking repeatable metrics to validate product-market fit and advised founders not to become overly attached to their products. They encouraged staying flexible, being open to pivots when required, and remaining consistent in execution.
The session concluded with an engaging Q&A, where participants asked about identifying the right stage to raise external funding, particularly venture capital, and understanding the journey from pitching to scaling.
