i-Hub Gujarat and Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry GCCI jointly organized the “𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭-𝐮𝐩 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐲”, on 𝟏𝟗𝐭𝐡 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 at the 𝐊.𝐃. 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞, 𝐆𝐂𝐂𝐈, 𝐀𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐝.
More than 𝟑𝟎+ 𝐢-𝐇𝐮𝐛 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩𝐬 were provided an opportunity to exhibit their innovations and engage with potential collaborators, industry representatives, and ecosystem stakeholders.
The startups presented innovations across domains such as unmanned aerial systems (UAVs), counter-drone technologies, defence communications, surveillance systems, cybersecurity, satellite technologies, launch systems, geospatial intelligence, autonomous robotics, advanced materials, and AI-driven defence applications.
The event reflected the growing capabilities of India's deep-tech ecosystem and the increasing role of startups in developing indigenous technologies aligned with national priorities such as “𝐀𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐫𝐛𝐡𝐚𝐫 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭”, strategic self-reliance, and technological advancement.
