The problem we aim to solve is the inefficient and resource-intensive methods currently used for drying rose petals and producing rose water. Traditional drying methods often lead to the loss of essential oils, natural color, and fragrance in rose petals. Similarly, conventional methods of rose water production can be inefficient, leading to suboptimal yield and quality. In real-life examples, small-scale and artisanal producers of dried flowers and rose water face significant challenges in maintaining the quality and efficiency of their processes. Furthermore, artisanal distillation methods for rose water often require significant energy inputs and result in low yields, making the process economically unsustainable for many producers. The primary customer problem is the need for a more efficient, consistent, and high-quality method for drying rose petals and producing rose water. Current methods are either too energy-intensive, result in poor-quality products.
