In agriculture, major female plants give flowers & fruits. Sex of a plant plays an important role in agriculture production. Mechanisms underlying determination of its sex largely unknown. Currently the method used for determination of male and female is done by DNA identification technique which is very costly, time consuming process and out of reach of rural farmers. We developed method for male and female identification with simple chemical method.Chemical method is simple, efficient, less time consuming and easily applicable on Carica papaya L Leaves. Tested for male and female identification in early stage from its leaves by simple chemical method. Identifying male and female plants their early stages for the benefit of farmer and save their time, money & space which is occupied with growing male plants. Low cost and very effective method. This method is to find male and female plant To get more production from carica papaya L Farmers can earn more income with good quality.
