we have identified that the biowaste especially vegetable waste from mandis and kitchens and food waste from restaurants are not managed properly thereby leading to open disposal of such wastes leading to ruckus ,stinks and spread of mosquitoes and diseases near disposal area. These waste along with the above problems also causes emission of green house gases and pollution of soil and water with microbes and chemicals. We utilize the modest circular agriculture concept to treat waste with minimum input and maximum output . We transform waste to high quality protein and compost which can be used as alternative to soyabean and as a source of organic fertilizer respectively.
