It tells them which aspects need improvement, and we consult them on how to plug those gaps. By plugging these gaps, businesses can experience significant change in their work. Generally, business owners learn from their own mistakes only. As we add more and more organisations across different industries, the framework strengthens, and cross-industry learnings enable them to learn with minimal mistakes or no mistakes with time.
